I discovered this boxing gym a year ago and still enjoying weekly ladies classes. My sons and friends have also enjoyed 1:1 and group sessions at The Ministry. Every session brings something new and is a great mix of circuit training and exercises to improve body toning and general fitness alongside boxing with pads and bags to improve co-ordination and agility. Phil, Josh and Hannah make a great team, providing valuable opportunities for young people in the community. Friendly, hardworking and fun coaching. I never expected to enjoy boxing but it has brought so many benefits to my health!

Amazing gym. Both Phil and Josh are top level trainers and their passion for boxing is really embedded into the training sessions. On top of there technical abilities and have huge heart to lead the youth down a disciplined path turning our youngers into strong men. 5* boxing gym and club would definitely recommend.

Fantastic boxing gym with great people. My little lad loves the tots group, Phil and Josh do an amazing job with them all. Also, my partner highly rates the seniors class, after trying various gyms MOB is by far his favourite. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good boxing gym.
