A family run boxing gym in Lancashire, I’ve been part of Accrington lions for about 5 years now. Jason the head coach is an excellent boxing trainer and a great personality, he knows how to keep you motivated and push you to become better. All the coach’s are very professional with Alison, Jason’s wife being the first professional boxing trainer. Max, Jason’s son now a professional fighter, fighting on shows such as boxxer on the BBC. Lots of talented and well mannered lads and ladies who train here. There are both adult and children’s classes, the children’s classes help young athletes develop skills, personality and respect for others. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to get into boxing, already competing or would just like to improve your fitness.

My husband has trained with Jason for years. Jason is by far the best amateur and professional boxing coach. He is an extremely talented and patient coach and knows exactly how to motivate and help his trainees to excel. He adapts well to all kinds of styles and is highly skilled. By far the best pro boxing and kick boxing gym in the area. I am training for MMA and had been desperately looking for expert high level striking coaching and I have been absolutely blown away by the level of coaching and commitment Jason and his team offer. I have trained in multiple gyms and even overseas and honestly we are so fortunate to have this place. I loved it so much- the work ethic and discipline that I started doing 5 daily sessions in a week. Jason and his son spent so much quality time with me giving me 200% each session.
