Great gym - a lot of hard work has gone into kitting the space out and creating a welcoming atmosphere for anyone looking to improve their boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Have been training here for nearly two years now and highly recommend!

Really great gym with great coaches. Friendly and Very knowledgeable. Their focus is always to teach real techniques and skills that will actually help you become a better fighter.

I am new into the sport and was welcomed in straight away by people there , the coaching is very detailed and the classes cater to you no matter what level you are . Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to start a combat sport or join a new gym .
