I have been training on a 1 to 1 basis with James for a few months now, I really enjoy our sessions and they are great value for money. James is patient in his training approach but firm and makes sure there is no ducking out when it gets hard! I feel much fitter and stronger and always come away from the sessions feeling proud of what I have achieved. I would recommend James to anyone looking for a focused, serious workout.

Friendliest and most hard working Boxing Gym I have ever trained at. Great atmosphere, very professional training. I lost 22kgs in 6 weeks with their training program and got fighting fit for my charity boxing match. Loved training at Kings so much, I have continue to train there as it is now part of my life! Would highly recommend!!

These guys really know their stuff and are passionate about boxing and fitness. James's personal training sessions have improved my fitness and strength hugely and I've learned so much from him, he's an expert boxer.
