Jimmy is a top man . Great gym and training started going this year and i can only say good things about the gym jimmy always points you in the right direction with training and help to improve.

OK this review is nothing to do with myself doing any training, I would like to give a massive thank you to the guys there, my car broke down outside and these guys couldn't do enough to help me, talk about above and beyond customer service and I wasn't even a customer, I can't thank you enough, and man what a heater that was soon warmed me up
