Both my children (ages 14&5) have 1-2-1 sessions with Sean every week. They absolutely love it! Sean plans out each lesson and provides different activities to keep the kids engaged. I can see the progress they make with each lesson. Highly recommend!!

Spoke to Sean prior to my 6 year old daughter’s first 1-1, to discuss additional needs. From first contact, Sean was professional and understanding. She carried out her first session tonight with him, and I couldn’t have asked for better. The session was perfectly tailored to her needs, as well as fun and informative for her age and ability. She left on a massive high and can’t wait to return. Would most definitely recommend to all.

Ive been with Sean for a while now doing adult 121s and i look forward to every session. I started the 121s to help with my mental health and its the best thing i could’ve started doing. Sean not only teaches you the fundamentals of boxing he makes it fun, makes you feel at ease and gives you the confidence. Can’t recommend him enough!
