I’ve trained at multiple gyms since I started BJJ and 10p redditch is one of the most welcoming. The team is really friendly, helpful and always willing to advise me on the techniques if I’m struggling. I really enjoy the 10p way of training and have learned more in the last few months than I have in my entire training journey. I’d advise anyone thinking of joining to get involved and go for it!

I have just won my first MMA fight because of the amazing training I received from James. In such a short amount of time the classes felt very welcoming and helpful in teaching me self defence and improving confidence.
