Incredible gym!! I have known the coach for many years now great guy who has opened up a great gym. If your looking somewhere to train, fight or learn Delaney’s gym is the place to go, there is a mixed experience in the gym but great atmosphere with boxing technique being the priority for quicker learning.

Fantastic boxing gym for all levels, Tony has you learn and continually practice the basics from your first session. Your technique is always refined, and you spend the session working on different drills, including partner and pad work, instead of just hitting a bag for an hour. My 10 year old son has improved massively in the last couple of months. I couldn't recommend the gym more highly. The atmosphere is great, and the more experienced boxers engage with and help the less experienced.

Since coming to Delaneys gym I have massively increased my boxing skills. Tony is a great coach who is always developing himself for new skills and techniques to pass on his boxing knowledge. Working with Tony for the past year has transformed me into a completely different fighter. If you want to learn the art of boxing this is the place to be.
