Gold star boxing academy have been fantastic with helping both me and my teenage sons improve our fitness as well as our pretty basic boxing skills. The small group coaching has been excellent with Dave taking the time to explain everything and give us clear instructions to improve, as well as keeping us just at the right level of exhaustion !
