Instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. This place is a great gym and other students are also friendly and welcoming. Not only do you get all this, it's at a great, valuable price at £4 per hour session. They can do private lessons when available. I'll continue to train there and cannot recommend it enough.

Excellent family run gym. Great atmosphere with highly skilled trainers that help you achieve your goals. I've personally lost a large amount of weight and gained so many friendships during my time training here it really is second to none in the area.
