I had my first workout today with instructor BO I went for the box HIIT, the instructor was amazing I was very stubborn with the pain he did exactly what I asked him to do keep pushing me, I felt at ease with it being my first session (helped that I was the only one there too) must of been the heat, thank you for helping me achieve the first hurdle and pushing me to 45minutes into my future. I will be back and I will be ready to find them new muscles I didn’t know I had, thank you again for a good workout next time I’ll push myself harder :) keep up the hard work
