After trying lots of Muay Thai gyms in London, happy to have finally found the place for me. As a woman, Muay Thai gyms can be very intimidating, but coach Gair has created a welcoming, friendly & inclusive environment for all levels and mixed classes. I would strongly encourage anyone to come try a class if they are looking to try Muay Thai or looking for a new gym to progress and train. The quality of the training is excellent and never repetitive, also learning something new and having fun. This isn’t just a gym it’s a community and great place to meet like minded people.

This gym is special. Incredibly positive and enthusiastic atmosphere where beginners are welcomed, veterans are challenged, and everyone builds each other up. The head coach Georges is without a doubt one of the best Muay Thai teachers in London. His emphasis on a sense of ‘playfulness’ in learning and sparring is rare to find in gyms outside of Thailand and is invaluable for fostering a love of the sport. Take a class here. Fantastic Muay Thai gym. Classes are a good size so you get quality attention from a great coach. Also great relaxed place to train, very female-friendly and inclusive. You go for a great training session and a good time.
