What a legend of a trainer! Me a good friend used to train with Richard just after lockdown and we had very little boxing experience. He taught us all the fundamentals, then helped us develop our combinations and then once we built up our confidence, he would let us spar each other to the body. We loved every minute of it and couldn’t wait for the next session. Rich is very patient, has expert knowledge and best of all he is just a great person to talk to/learn from. I hope to get down to the gym soon and get back into training. #ZTFF ❤️

I was a bit worried at first about training with Richard since he’s different from my previous boxing coach. But it turns out all my worries were for nothing! Richard is absolutely amazing – he’s not only super professional but also knows how to adjust training plans based on different people’s needs. His approach helped me adapt really quickly, and I’ve seen great progress. He also gives excellent advice on diet and overall fitness, which has made a big difference in my training. Honestly, Richard is the best boxing coach – supportive, knowledgeable, and really knows how to bring out the best in you. Highly recommend!

Rich’s boxing classes are amazing!! It’s a great cardio hit, working strength and learning technical and overall a great group workout. Great people, great vibes and a great coach!! I always walk away feeling great and I always look forward to my next session!!
