A very friendly and welcoming club with a coach who is very knowledgeable and experienced. Training is fun with a variety of exercises that quickly improve your fitness levels along with giving you the necessary skills to box with confidence.

This club is amazing I’ve been coming for nearly two years and it’s massively improved my fitness and confidence. I think the hardest I’ve worked my fitness would be in a boxing session . This is all because of Amo, he is an amazing coach who is really dedicated to making a friendly atmosphere in the club where everyone can become better and get fitter. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this boxing club for 12 weeks, I’ve enjoyed going there and I’ve learned a lot. Also the coach is very experienced and a good person he makes the sessions fun.
