Great gym and a great trainer you can tell arnie takes pride in his gym it’s highly looked after and maintained unlike a lot of boxing gyms in the surrounding areas I didn’t stay for too long due to a previous illness and my stamina not being upto par and because of that arnie offered me my money back multiple times which I kindly declined but I massively appreciated it !! would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame there’s no classes here but 121s you won’t get anywhere better guaranteed

This gym is great. It’s full of opportunities for us athletes to be the best, WOF admirers the gym.
