Athena Muay Thai is top class. I’ve been attending for approaching a year now and have seen so much improvement in my technique and overall fitness too. Aaron is a great teacher and the various classes (pad work & sparring) allows you to focus on different elements of your game. Some really great guys and girls that attend too, very friendly bunch!

Athena has been a great way to get into Muay Thai over the last year. Aaron is a fantastic trainer who caters to all levels of ability and the class is very inclusive, with some people attending for only 1 or 2 classes, while others have been there for much longer and nobody feeling left behind, or dragged back. I would recommend Athena to anyone looking to get into Muay Thai, or just general fitness
