I had an opportunity to try Muay Thai with Jason and so pleased I did, I love it and would recommend to anyone. Jason is a great coach, he’s shown me techniques (I haven’t done striking before), given me exercises to improve my mobility and even helped with advice on the kit I need (gloves and shin guards). I’ve been training regularly now for 3 months and really enjoy it, its great fun, I feel comfortable and safe in classes, and like that I’m learning and progressing.

Jason is an excellent kickboxing trainer. His workouts are intense, well structured. He focuses on proper technique and pushes you to improve every session. Highly recommend training with him!
