Paulina is simultaneously a highly skilled and super fun coach. Not only will she push you to be your best but she'll do it in a way that will leave a huge smile on your face. Have trained at a lot of clubs with a lot of trainers and can confidently say she's one of my favourites. She focuses on technical elements and usually picks a theme for each class like footwork or countering kicks etc. also if you're lucky enough to spar with her - despite the fact that she is an absolute beast and can end you with one kick if she wanted - she is so light and controlled with her strikes. Absolute superstar - go train with her you will not regret it. Her class is Weds 6.30pm but worth double checking in case it moves around!

Paulina is an incredible coach—technically excellent and hilarious! She keeps the environment light but you also leave feeling properly worked out and like you’ve learnt a lot. She takes care to fix individual mistakes and give you personal tips on how to fight for your body type (e.g., female, shorter). It’s rare to find a coach this good and personable, 10/10

Hind’s Combat Studio is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are great, and there are loads of amazing coaches who really care about your progress. Special mention to K1 coach Paulina — she’s incredibly skilled, motivating, and supportive. Highly recommend this club to anyone looking to train in a positive and professional environment!
