Trained here a few times, it's an amazing gym with great coaches such as Gops, Joe, and a few others. Top quality sparring and pad-work, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to train or get into Muay Thai.

Only recently came across Muay Thai and we as the local area are blessed to have someone like Joe with his experience to train with. Whether you are looking to change or add to your fitness routine I would highly recommend this gym! Joe and his team are very friendly and accommodating with classes throughout the week available. 121 with Joe are my favourite though!

So lucky to have such a great muay thai gym close to me, Gops is a great coach with skills and experience but most importantly his energy and people skills make training interesting and fun. I've only been going for a couple of weeks now, twice a week but I can tell he's already adjusted to me, he knows when he can push me to do more and when to ease off the pace with my fitness level, we are building a nice rhythm. I have experience from boxing and understand what a good coach feels like and I'm quickly developing that feeling with Gops. Whatever your level is try the one to one sessions. You'll get the most out of it, a fantastic trainer like Gops will understand how to build a session for you whether you're a complete beginner, a fighter or someone in the middle.
